Hello!
My name's Stacey and I'm the founder and Photographer behind S.ClaridgePhotography.
This is me and my little family!
I met my husband at school in 2010 and we later married in 2016.
We now have two incredibly cheeky and beautiful girls who keep us both on ours toes, but inspire us daily!
I've been photographing children and families for almost 10 years now, but it wasn't until I gave birth to my eldest in 2018 that I truly realized the impact a photograph could have.
I began to notice how quickly the wrinkles on my baby's toes were fading and how her hair color changed over night. Those newborn scrunches were soon developing into army crawls and I was devastated at how fast these changes were happening.
So I picked up my camera and began capturing these tiny details, hoping that If I should ever forget, I'd be safe in the knowledge that I have something to look back on.
Almost 6 years later and those photos I took instantly take me back to those beautiful, raw, early days and I will forever be grateful to myself and my husband for taking them.
Since then, I've developed a love for capturing these moments for others.
My warm and gentle approach allows me to capture those beautiful, natural, candid shots that you secretly wish your partner would take!
My aim is to tell a story and my goal is to connect the viewer with the emotions that come with parenthood and life in general.
From newborn sessions to cake smashes, shortly followed by their first nursery portrait!
